هذا البحث يتكلم عن دور مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية في حفظ حقوق الزوجين مما يساعد على دوام المودة، وعدم اعتداء أحد على آخر، والهدف من ذلك في النهاية قيام رابطة أسرية متماسكة، متحابة وليس رفع سيف الحقوق في وجه الآخر، وإنما ليدوم الود في ظل الحقوق، وعدم جور أحد على الأخر، وقد تكون البحث من  مقدمة، وتمهيد، وخمسة فصول، وخاتمة، وقد جاء كل فصل يتحدث عن مقصد من المقاصد الضرورية في حفظ حقوق الزوجين، فاشتملت الخمسة فصول على المقاصد الخمسة من حفظ النفس، والدين، والعقل، والنسل،والمال، ثم جاءت الخاتمة في بيان أهم النتائج وكتبت مصادر بحثي في النهاية، وقد حاولت الإختصار ما أمكن حتى لا يطول البحث.,
