تعد التفكيكية من نظريات ما بعد الحداثة، ظهرت بعد البنيوية، نتيجة لعوامل سياسية وثقافية واجتماعية مضطربة ألمت بالعالم الغربي بخاصة بعد الحرب العالمية الثانية، فانعكس أثر هذه الحياة القلقة المضطربة على الأدب؛ فأفرز تلك الحركة النقدية التي دعا إليها العالم الغربي "دريدا"، ونظرا لغرابة مصطلحاتها ومرتكزاتها؛ تناولها الكثير من الباحثين بالدراسة، وفي الوقت نفسه تجاهلها الكثير من الدارسين لأنها لم تستند على المنطق والعقل، وتنادي بتعدد المعاني واختلافها، وهذا كله دفعني إلى دراسة هذا المنهج النقدي المثير للجدل؛ الذي تأثر به نقادنا وأدباؤنا العرب، محاولة توضيح مصطلحاته ومرتكزاته وتطبيقها على رواية( في ممر الفئران) للكاتب أحمد خالد توفيق ذلك المؤلف الفذ العبقري الذي كان له طابع مميز في أغلب رواياته، وقد اخترت تلك الرواية بالتحديد لما فيها من تناقضات واختلافات، تطرح السؤال حول السؤال، فهي مغلفة بفلسفة جمالية، تحمل في داخلها أفكارا مبهمة عن أوضاع الشعوب العربية، والقراءة التفكيكية تجد في النصوص الفلسفية التي يلفها الغموض مجالا خصبا للتأويل والتفسير.
