التفسير بين الجمود والتجديد

المستخلص

الجمود أمر مذموم في كافة الميادين العلمية والعملية، وتفسير القرآن لا يخرج عن هذه المنظومة، فجمودنا على النص أو التقليد الأعمى لأقوال المفسرين دون الاجتهاد فيما يستدعي الاجتهاد هو مذموم أيضاً، فالتجديد مطلب في كل العلوم ومنها التفسير؛ بل هو مطلب ملح في التفسير لنتمكن من تطبيق القرآن على الأمور المعاصرة ، لكن لما كان هذا المصطلح ذا حدين فقد دخل في هذا الميدان من جعل من التجديد ميدانا للانفلات من النص الشرعي فأبقوا لفظه وفرغوه من معناه بمناهج شبه خطيره أبرزها ما اصطلح على تسميته بالقراءة المعاصرة للنص، مما دعا إلى وضع ضوابط للتجديد بحيث يزداد عمق فهم النص بما يلبي حاجة المسلم للهداية بالقرآن في كافة شؤون الحياة بطريقة معاصرة دون مساس بثوابت الدين وأحكامه, فالتجديد مطلب شرعى وعقلي دعت اليه دواعى كثيرة ومفهوم اسلامى اصيل نصت علية السنة النبوية وعاشته الامه الاسلامية واقعا , فكان حافزا على الاجتهاد والتطوير والتحسين, وحيث استوعبت رساله الاسلام كل حاجات الانسان ومقتضيات الحياة
Stagnation is reprehensible in all scientific and practical fields, and the interpretation of the Qur’an does not deviate from this system. Our stagnation on the text or blind imitation of the sayings of the interpreters without diligence in what requires diligence is also reprehensible. Renewal is a requirement in all sciences, including interpretation. Rather, it is an urgent demand for interpretation so that we can apply the Qur’an to contemporary matters, but since this term is double-edged, it entered this field by making renewal a field for escaping from the legal text. So they kept the word and emptied it of its meaning using semi-serious methods, the most prominent of which was what was termed the contemporary reading of the text, which called for setting controls for renewal so that the depth of understanding the text increases in a way that meets the Muslim’s need for guidance by the Qur’an in all matters of life in a contemporary way without prejudice to the constants and rulings of religion. Renewal is a legal and rational requirement. Many reasons called for it and an authentic Islamic concept stipulated in the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the Islamic nation lived it as a reality. It was a catalyst for diligence, development and improvement, and as the message of Islam absorbed all human needs and the requirements of life.
