أحكام بناء المسعى بعد التوسعة

الحمد لله، نحمده ونستعينه ونستغفره، ونعوذ بالله من شرور أنفسنا ومن سيئات أعمالنا، والصلاة والسلام على أفضل خلق الله، نبينا ومحمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم، أما بعد:
فإن الصفا والمروة من شعائر الله التي يجب تعظيمها، وذكر الله فيهما، والسعي فيهما متردد بين الركنية والوجوب والسنية، وحيث إن المسجد الحرام قد مر عبر الزمن بتوسعات عديدة، فإن التوسعات طالت المسعى، وحيث إن المسعى دخل تحت سقف المسجد الحرام، أدى ذلك لحدوث خلاف بين العلماء في أخذ المسعى لأحكام المسجد، ولأنني وجدت أن هذه النازلة تحتاج لبحث عميق، واستنباط فهي من مسائل الخلاف، وجدت أنه ينبغي الاهتمام بها ودراستها، فقمت بإعداد هذا البحث الذي يشتمل على مقدمة ومبحثين.
 بينت في المقدمة أهمية البحث، والخطة التي اتبعتها في إعداده، ووضحت منهجي في البحث، ثم جعلت المبحث الأول لنازلة: هل يعد المسعى بعد التوسعة من المسجد الحرام؟
أما المبحث الثاني فقد تناولت فيه نازلة: حكم السعي في التوسعة الجديدة.
ثم ذيلت البحث بملحقات فيها صور تاريخية توضح تطور المسعى عبر الزمن، وفهارس علمية، إكمالاً للفائدة، وتسهيلاً لمن أراد الرجوع لمحتويات البحث.
 
        al-Safaa and al-Marwah are among the sites of Allah that should be glorified, and the remembrance of Allah should be made while performing them. The ruling on performing ‘Sa’ie’ there is wavering whether it is a pillar, an obligation, or Sunnah. As the Grand Holy mosque has gone through many expansions over time, these expansions extended to reach ‘al-Mas’aa’ (The running place), and al-Mas’aa has become under the roof of the Holy Mosque, which led to controversies among the religious scholars as regards applying the rulings of mosques on al-Mas’aa.
I found out that this issue needs deep research and deduction (of rulings); hence, it is  considered an issue of controversy. Therefore , I have the view that attention should be given to this issue and investigation should be carried out into it. So, I prepared this research work, which includes an introduction and two topics. In the Introduction, I highlighted the significance of this research, and the plan adopted in its preparation. I also explained the method I adopted, and assigned Topic One to this issue: Is al-Mas’aa considered, after expansion, a part of the Holy Mosque? As for Topic Two, I addressed the issue of
