الاقتصاد الأخضر وأثره في حماية البيئة من التلوث ودور الفقه الإسلامي في تأصيله

حماية البيئة من التلوث واجب شرعي ومتطلب تنموي ،لدرء المفاسد والأضرار المترتبة على الاقتصاد التقليدي في إطار منظومة الانتاج التقليدية التي كانت سببا في كثير من الأزمات البيئية ،ومن هنا كانت الدعوة إلى تفعيل أدوات الاقتصاد الأخضر وجها من وجوه حماية البيئة من التلوث ،ومظهراً من مظاهر الرقي والتقدم ،وفي ضوء هذه الرؤية كان السؤال الرئيس في البحث: ما طبيعة الاقتصاد الأخضر؟ وما فوائده ،وما استراتيجية جمهورية مصر العربية في هذا المجال ،مقارنة بغيرها من الدولة العربية؟ وما موقف الفقه الإسلامي من هذه الاستراتيجية ؟وما القيم والمبادئ التي أقرتها الشريعة الإسلامية في هذا المجال وكانت مصدراً لخدمة البيئة وحمايتها من التلوث؟.
وفي هذا الشأن قسمت البحث إلى مقدمة وفصلين ،الفصل الأول:في بيان دور الاقتصاد الأخضر في حماية البيئة من التلوث واثره في التنمية المستدامة.
والفصل الثاني:التأصيل الفقهي للاقتصاد الأخضر وما يتفرع عنه من أحكام،ثم ختمته بخاتمة بينت فيها أهم النتائج ،منها:
1.    الاقتصاد الأخضر ضرورة تنموية ملحة حماية للبيئة من التلوث ولضمان تحقيق الكثير من وجوه التنمية المستدامة .
2.    الشريعة الإسلامية هي المرجعية  الرئيسة لمقومات وأركان الاقتصاد الأخضر ،وضعت من القواعد ما يكفل حماية البيئة من كل تلوث.
The green economy and its impact on protecting the environment from pollution and the role of Islamic jurisprudence in rooting it
Protecting the environment from pollution is a legitimate duty and a developmental requirement, in order to stave off the corruptions and damages resulting from the traditional economy within the framework of the traditional production system that was the cause of many environmental crises. Advancement and progress, and in the light of this vision, the main question in the research was:
What is the nature of the green economy? What are its benefits, and what is the strategy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in this field, compared to other Arab countries? And what is the position of Islamic jurisprudence on this strategy? What are the values And principles endorsed by Islamic law in this field and were a source of environmental service and protection from pollution?
In this regard, the research was divided into an introduction and two chapters, the first chapter: explaining the role of the green economy in protecting the environment from pollution and its impact on sustainable development.
The second chapter: the jurisprudential rooting of the green economy and its rulings, then I concluded it with a conclusion in which I showed the most important results, including:
1.    The green economy is an urgent development necessity to protect the environment from pollution and to ensure the achievement of many aspects of sustainable development.
2.    The Islamic Sharia is the main reference for the elements and pillars of the green economy. It has established rules that guarantee the protection of the environment from all pollution
