تناولت في هذا البحث بيان مفهوم جريمة نشر الانحراف الفکري الإلکتروني، وأهدافها، ومظاهرها، وأثر الانحراف الفکري الالکتروني على الأمن. کما تکلمت فيه عن التکييف الفقهي والنظامي للانحراف الفکري الإلکتروني کجريمة، والعقوبات المقررة لها وموقف الأنظمة السعودية من جرائم الانحراف الفکري الالکتروني وسبل مواجهة الانحراف الفکري الالکتروني وتجفيف منابعه، ثم قارنت بين النظام السعودي والفقه الإسلامي. In this research, the concept of the crime of spreading electronic intellectual deviation, its objectives, its manifestations, and the impact of electronic intellectual deviation on security. In it, she also talked about the doctrinal and systematic adaptation of electronic intellectual deviation as a crime, the sanctions prescribed to it and the position of the Saudi regimes on the crimes of electronic intellectual deviation and ways to confront electronic intellectual deviation and drying up its sources, and then compared the Saudi regime with Islamic jurisprudence.
